At Plundi, we proudly manage our own properties in both Estonia and Belgium. Our expertise in the accommodation industry stems from years of hands-on experience, starting in 2008.
Aleksandra, the driving force behind our success, has spent her career in the hotel industry. She began in reception, worked as an assistant housekeeping manager at Hilton, and has handled both sales and marketing within hotels. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks to become a hotel manager, and now serves as the CEO of our accommodation services.
Having worked in every department of the hospitality sector, Aleksandra has a comprehensive understanding of the industry, having personally navigated each role. She has also had the privilege of opening two hotels, further cementing her expertise in the field.
With a team of trusted partners, we are dedicated to offering top-tier property management and creating seamless guest experiences, whether in Estonia, Belgium, or worldwide.

We believe that an organization functions much like a living body—it needs continuous care to remain healthy. Growth isn’t just desirable; it’s essential.
